The Job Platform is accessible to EHL students and alumni searching for job or internship opportunities, as well as to recruiters.
The Job Platform allows you to create your online profile; to create multiple CVs; to access advanced job search tool; to apply for jobs and internships; to save your job searches; to view your application history; to receive job alerts via e-mail; to benefit from other services related to your job search.
By signing in on the platform, you accept the processing of personal data relevant to those services. If you disagree, please do not sign in.
You can, at any time, request full deletion of your online profile from the Job Platform.
1.7 Alumni website “alumni.ehl.ch”
Upon successful completion of an EHL degree program, and provided that the related conditions are met, you automatically become an alumnus, and your personal information becomes available to fellow EHL alumni via the EHL alumni website platform.
Such information enables the EHL alumni department and the regional ‘stamms’ to inform you about alumni events and activities (meetings, conferences, etc.). Such information also enables the EHL alumni department to send you communications, surveys and information requests; information may also be used for identification purposes, if needed. Please note that we process, or may have to process, your personal data to keep your contact data as accurate as possible.
You can choose whether or not you want to be visible on the alumni website platform and in the alumni ‘stamms’. You can also choose which kinds of communication you want to receive.

1.8. Services after the end of your studies
Depending on your personal situation, on your request or spontaneously depending on the case, EHL may have to contact you or provide you with some services after the end of your studies (for instance: attestations, refunds, information on graduation ceremonies, etc…)

Public Wi-Fi is available on our Campuses. To access it, you need to create a Wi-Fi account.
The data you provided are used for the following purposes: to identify you; to give you access to the Wi-Fi and solve any issue related to it; for security purposes; for our legitimate interests; to comply with legal obligations.

1.9a. Physical security on EHL Campuses
Please note that some of our campuses may be equipped with physical surveillance tools. The resulting data are:
• Data obtained through video protection images and recordings produced notably by fixed cameras, or bodycams ;
• Data relating to access to the premises;
• Data relating to the identification of the number plate of vehicles entering the car parks.
The related data are used for the following purposes: to prevent the perpetration of offences against persons or property; to detect incidents and accidents that may occur, and answer to it; to provide evidence in such situations; to facilitate external reponses (police, fire, emergency medical services); to respond to requests from the police or judicial authorities.
2.0. Housing and accommodation on one of the campuses.
If you are a student or a staff, EHL provides you or may provide you with the following services on one of the campuses: accommodation and parking.
Depending on your personal situation, the data you provided are or may be used for the following purposes: to give you relevant information; to find the most suitable accommodation to you (including according to your wishes); to establish and/or manage our relationship with you (including contractual, administrative and invoicing aspects); to deliver our services to you, and solve any issue related to it.

2.1 EHL Restaurants
In order to make a reservation in the EHL Restaurants (such as the “Berceau des Sens” Restaurant), you are asked to provide various personal data.

EHL Next SA provides services which include the design, commercialization and delivery of relevant trainings, in digital or face-to-face form, and the development of individual professional careers - with the help of innovative tools and solutions-. In this context, EHL Next provides and maintain a platform, BNXT, the use of which is subject to its own terms and conditions and a privacy notice available on the platform. To run this platform, uses algorithms are used, which are, or may be, trained, maintained and developed in part with information collected in accordance with the above-sections of the present privacy policy.

Personal data you provided are processed by authorized EHL staff or by authorized persons/subcontractors acting on behalf of EHL.
